Delivery Policy (In‑Store Pickup or SF Express)

We offer two delivery/pickup options: In‑store pickup or SF Express delivery.

Option 1: In‑Store Pickup

 

  • After placing an order, we will prepare the goods within 3-7 business days and notify you via [WhatsApp/email/SMS] to come for pickup.
  • Please present your order confirmation email or identification upon pickup.
  • Store address and business hours: Unit 2310, New Tech Plaza, 34 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon (Diamond Hill Station Exit A2). Please WhatsApp to schedule pickup.
  • Pickup deadline: within 14 days after receiving notification. Unclaimed orders will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
  • You may inspect the goods on‑site. After leaving the store, no exchanges or returns will be accepted (except for quality defects, which must be reported with receipt within 24 hours by returning to the store).


Option 2: SF Express Delivery

All SF Express deliveries are shipped via SF Express. You may choose pickup at SF Store / SF Service Centre / SF Locker, or direct delivery to a commercial/residential address.

Local Delivery Charges (Hong Kong)

 

  • For single orders of HKD $1,000 or above → Free delivery
  • For orders below HKD $1,000 → Shipping fee is based on SF Express standard rates Freight Collect option.


Overseas Delivery

 

  • We accept overseas orders. Shipping fees are calculated separately based on destination, weight and volume, and will be shown at checkout.
  • Overseas orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, etc., which shall be borne by the recipient.


Delivery Time

 

  • Order processing: 2-5 business days after confirmation.
  • After dispatch, SF Express typically takes 1-3 business days for local delivery (remote areas may take longer).
  • Overseas delivery typically takes 7-21 business days.
  • Track your parcel on the SF Express website or app.


Adverse Weather

In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, etc., SF Express services will be suspended. We will dispatch as soon as services resume.

Failed Delivery (Local)

If no one is present to accept delivery, SF Express will leave a contact card. Customers must contact SF Express within 3 business days to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup. If not collected within 7 days, the parcel may be returned to us. Any re‑delivery fee shall be borne by the customer.
